It is impossible to say precisely how many sessions you will need as no two people, or their problems are exactly alike.

My commitment is to give brief therapy which is problem focused and solution oriented.
Twenty four hours notice of cancellation is requested without which fees may be charged.

I look after clients from Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, London and the home counties.
