Introduction
Below are some of the organisations I am a member of. If you would like to know more about my profession, you may find the information useful.
European Therapy Studies Institute
The Institute is a multi-disciplinary organisation, founded in 1992, with a remit to gather, study and publish information on therapeutic method and practice. It is particularly concerned with the lesser psychiatric disorders that cause so much unhappiness.
The Hypnotherapy Association
The Hypnotherapy Association was formed in November 1997 as a non-profit making organisation aimed at representing all professional hypnotherapists in practice. We are unique in that we are completely independent of all training organisations or school registers.
National Council of Psychotherapists
The NCP is a national association of therapists, mainly in
private practice, to whom the public may confidently refer. Most
schools of psychological thought are represented and a wide variety
of therapeutic approaches are offered.
